“I was absolutely terrified to have work done, and let it go on so long I was in excruciating pain.
I could not have been more uncomfortable walking into Dr. Palani's office, and walked out pain free and with a beautiful new smile on my face. My only regret is NOT GOING SOONER!! He was incredibly patient with me considering my pain and high anxiety, which made me hysterical. He reassured me that there would be no pain, and as soon as I would be injected, I would be permanently pain free from there on out, in addition to having a gorgeous new set of teeth.
I'd had a consultation at two other dentists - the first denied my case and did not refer me - the second referred me out to Dr. Palani as the leading implant surgeon in all of southern California. You have no idea how life changing it is until you leave not only pain free, with new teeth, but an absolutely stunning smile.
