Out of town for work & having some fairly significant tooth pain. Clearly not an ideal situation. Dr Heward and the staff were terrific. And although it was an issue that has to wait until I get home to my dentist to truly be solved, they showed me what was wrong & and told me how to deal with it until then.

Dr. Grant listened to all of my concerns. Made a game plan, took my busy schedule into consideration. I felt heard and at ease after my 1st appointment. I feel like my worries and concerns were all addressed. And I’m excited to finally be on the right path to the correct procedures I’m in need of.

Dr Heward was knowledgeable and quick, but I didn't feel rushed. I felt like he took a lot of care to make sure I was examined properly and we went over any potential issues with my teeth. I'm missing several teeth and he went over many options without feeling pushy or like a sales pitch. He's got great ratings on zocdoc which is why I chose him and I'm glad I listened to the others. The staff was helpful and able to squeeze me in for a cleaning even though I booked the wrong thing when booking. Great experience all around!

I HATE the dentist and this experience was BEYOND incredible. The office staff was welcoming and helpful and the entire experience was a dream. He goes above and beyond to be gentle and caring. The whole team was so outstanding, for the first time in my life I can’t wait to go back.

Dr. Heward is the best, most gentle, kind dentist I’ve ever been to. He was patient in explaining areas of concern and possible treatments. When it came to the actual procedure, he was very considerate and sensitive to any possible discomfort. I legitimately didn’t even feel when he gave me the shot! Overall, just a wonderful experience.

Grant is always positive and friendly, while still remaining very professional. I have never had a bad experience with him. He is always nice, but to the point when it comes to my oral health and hygiene and isn’t afraid to tell me when I need to improve on various things, which I greatly appreciate. Grant is incredibly precise and gentle when doing exams and/or procedures. I have never left the appointment in pain or regretting going to him. I truly recommend Grant to everyone that I can. Not only is Grant amazing, but everyone else I have interacted with at the office has been wonderful. Between those at the front desk and the hygienists, I have not had a bad experience with anyone.

I am always super nervous about going to the dentist especially getting injections with the numbing medication. Dr. Heward and his staff went above and beyond to calm me down and the injections themselves were COMPLETELY painless. I wish I had been going to him years ago. Also my new crowns look amazing. I’m no longer self conscious to smile.

Dr. Heward is great to work with. He always takes time to explain what is going on and to answer my questions. I have worked with him on routine dental checkups as well as more specialized needs and he has seen me through it all. They also have great music playing in the office. Love the vibe there.

I’ve seen more than my share of Dentists in my life. I wish I could have ran across Dr. Grant Heward sooner. It would have saved me pain, misery and most of all the health of my teeth. Thankfully I found Dr. Grant Heward and Simply Dental. I didn’t know a Dentist could be so careful and gentle to someone’s mouth and teeth. He genuinely cares. It was relaxing and comforting to have Dr. Heward looking out for my interests and protecting the future of my teeth and smile. He’s extremely knowledgeable, discussing possibilities that can improve my smile and health of my teeth and gums. What a difference!

Dr. Heward was very gentle and thorough. He found a couple of spots on my back teeth that I need to try to keep cleaner. He offered this advice in such a kind way. I am so impressed by his work that I have referred many of my co-workers, friends and family members to give him a try. Those people have all come back to me with positive feedback of their own. Dr. Heward was thorough and careful. I needed to have a root canal,
and it was one of the most comfortable dental procedures I've had done, which is saying a lot! I could tell he paid close attention to detail, and wanted the best care for me possible. He talked me through my options very clearly and helped me understand the procedures fully. Not only was he personable, I could tell the staff he works with were empowered to do a great job. Overall, there was a positive environment with deep care and attention to the patient's well-being. I will definitely return for services in the future.
