Dr. Hrisula Cristea began her career at the Institute of Medicine, School of Dentistry in Bucharest, Romania, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery and a Master’s in Oral Sciences from Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy. This prestigious institution educates medical doctors and dental professionals from around the world. Dr. Cristea has practiced dentistry for over 20 years in the Bay Area. Her office in Cupertino reflects her passion for dentistry as a form of art and welcomes you with modern technology and an inviting staff dedicated to crafting beautiful and healthy smiles. I lost a filling and Dr. Cristea got me in that morning. They got me into the chair within minutes, gave me input on my options and financial implications of each, and took care of me. They are conscientious about making the experience as painless as possible, and applied vitamin e oil to my lips to ease the stretching as it was a back tooth. I've been going to Dr. Cristea for a number of years and have been exceptionally happy with her, the staff, and the care.

Dr Hrisula Cristea is a great dentist. Very professional, knowledgeable, skilled and detail-oriented. She listens to your concerns, makes a customized health plan for you as an individual and takes care of you with great attention. She takes the time to explain every procedure she is doing and adjusts her schedule to fit yours, if needed.
Her staff is competent and makes you feel welcome and comfortable and the environment of the modern and nicely decorated office itself is pleasant and relaxing.
Dr. Cristea has a naturally lovely personality and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

She was very expensive as she was out of my network doctor. I didn't know that the fees were so different - the difference is more than two times!! I feel that I needed to be told first about these vast fee differences before I agreed to the treatment.
Otherwise, she was very nice and helpful.

Dr. Cristea is always extremely caring and professional. This visit was to repair four recently chipped front teeth. The work was painless and perfectly done. My smile is back! Thanks again for seeing me quickly and for listening to my dilemma.

My very first visit to her clinic turned out to be such a pleasant and wonderful experience as I have phobia of going to the dentist after a very traumatizing experience when I was young. Her reassuring, comforting and soothing voice and words made me feel at ease immediately. She makes an effort to explain every single step and procedure that needs to be done and consistently ask you if your alright during the process of treating you.
To top it all, she still takes the trouble to call you and check how you are doing after your visit. This is my third visit to her clinic.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything that you have done and most importantly for overcoming my greatest phobia with dentist. Your an awesome doctor!!!
