About Dr. Hyun Kyu Song
Dr. Song received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from New York University's College of Dentistry and completed his general practice residency at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center. Dr. Song furthered his expertise in implant surgery and restoration through New York University’s two-year program and received a certificate upon its successful completion. He is Invisalign certified and has continued his education by taking additional courses in esthetic dentistry.
Dr. Hyun Kyu Song is an active member of the American Dental Association and the New York State Dental Association and a fellow at the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Dr. Song is faithfully committed to providing the utmost care and comfort for his patients. There was a hiccup with my appointment because the person that was seeing me called out sick. I wasn't notified possibly because I had made the appointment late the night before. Though there was a hiccup, Dr. Song squeezed me in and made it a point to see me. The rest of the staff as well as Dr. Song made me feel comfortable and educated about the next steps. I would recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Song was great. My last 3 or 4 dentist visits have been with different offices because it’s surprisingly difficult to find a good dentist with a clean office who doesn’t try to upsell you on random treatments. Dr Song and his staff were extremely nice, very knowledgeable and straightforward, and as a bonus gave me the best and most thorough teeth cleaning I think I’ve ever had. Highly highly recommended.

I loved my first visit at Clear Dental! The dental team were extremely friendly, attentive, and professional. I went for a cleaning and it was thorough and comfortable. Will definitely make Clear Dental my regular dental office!
Prior to my visit, I submitted a question about insurance on their online form and received a call with clear instructions within the next 10 minutes.

Dr. Song was so efficient, carefully explaining each step he was doing so I was aware of what was happening. I was on the border of getting a root canal, but he was able to mend my tooth and I received a deeper filling instead which I am so grateful for. His bedside manner is really calming, and it is apparent that he cares about his patient's comfort and time.

Highly recommend Dr. song! I am a long-time dentist avoider because of some traumatic early childhood dental experiences when I was younger… Dr Song immediately sensed my discomfort and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. He talked me through every aspect of the check-up and cleaning, checked in on my comfort throughout, and was thorough. He was kind, gentle, validating, and professional. I hadn’t been to a dentist in four years before today and already booked my next cleaning with him in six months! Highly recommend, without hesitation!

I arrived 30 minutes early to Dr. Song's office. He saw me right away and was able to recement a crown that had fallen off that morning. I was in and out in about 20 minutes, so I ending up being done before my scheduled appointment time! Dr. Song has great bedside manner and explained each part of the procedure, which made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend that you see Dr. Song!

I’m here to write a review about firstly the wonderful staff of Dr. Song specially the Hygienist Michelle. She was very professional, great listener, skilled, and entertaining/funny. Dr. Song checked me out after my teeth cleaning with the Hygienist and he too was very professional and can explain greatly to patients about the procedures being done and questions I had. Lastly, they even gave me a dental kit as my welcome gift during my very first visit! Dr. Song and his staff definitely goes the extra mile. The office is clean and has aesthetic. Overall I highly recommend them!

I was having severe pain on the right side of my mouth. The doctor took x-rays and walked me through the results. I had severe too decay. I got a root canal on the spot. Everything was better after. The doctor was kind and very mindful of any pain I was experiencing. He is also honest and clear.

All staffs arevery kind and professional and caring. Front desk lady had consulted with my insurance company in advance wether this treatment would’ve fully covered or not. She tried several times and gave me a call frequently to follow up and finally reached that it would be covered! Dental assistant did her job quickly but with nice conversation and gave me a professional dental advise. Dr is very smily and nice person and he also did I his job very quickly but carefully. I really liked this dentist and I am continuing to visit here regularly!
