I have been practicing orthodontics for 20 years. I love what I do, and I am proud to serve the people of New York City . I obtained my dental degree in the State of New York in 1991. I then pursued post graduate training in Advanced General and Cosmetic Dentistry, Advanced Dentistry in Special needs Dentistry, obtained certificate training in Temporo-mandibular Joint Disorders and completed my 2 year Specialty in Orthodontics and Dento-facial Orthopedics. These programs prepared me for my future training in Cranio-facial and Surgical Orthodontics.

I actually saw Dr. Sanchez, but the office let me know that would be the case beforehand. It was and easy and quick dental cleaning and they were very good at explaining my options. I was able to consult with Dr. Braillas on the spot about one of the treatment plans they recommended rather than scheduling a followup appointment.
They sent me home with all of the documents and estimates I needed to make a decision at home about options!

She was great. As soon as I got in the office, her team started taking great care of me. When I met Dr. Barillas, she immediately made me feel comfortable and walked me through every thing very slowly. She showed great passion when talking about the dental options she had for me and even brought in her co-worker to get a second opinion. Not once did I feel like I was being pressured/sold anything. She gives off a warm vibe and I can't wait to start my dental journey with her!

Had my appointment for a braces/Invisalign consultation and it went pretty well from the start. I didn't had to wait, just filled out a couple forms and after that went straight with the dentist. I really liked Dr. Ingrid Barillas she is really nice and easy to talk to. She speaks Spanish and that's always a plus for me. She explained everything clear and throughly. I highly recommend her.
