About Dr. Irfan Asghar

Dr. Asghar has an extensive background in Dentistry and Endodontics. After graduating from dental school in 2002, he completed a General Practice Residency program and worked as an Associate General Dentist for three years. He then decided to pursue advanced training and successfully completed fellowship residencies in Orofacial Pain and Infectious Disease. Soon after, he was accepted in the specialty residency program in Endodontics at the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. In addition to his expertise in root canal treatment, Dr. Asghar is exceptionally skilled in the diagnosis of various non-odontogenic pain conditions. He is an active member of numerous local and national dental societies, including the American Association of Endodontics and the American Dental Association. Dr. Asghar takes great pride in his work and ensures that patients are comfortable and at ease during their treatment program. In his spare time he enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with beautiful family
