Dr. Irina Shamalova is a graduate of the prestigious Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Her approach to each and every patient is as if that patient is her family member. Dr. Irina believes that all good and memorable moments in life start with a beautiful smile. Therefore, her goal is to help you achieve that magical and dazzling smile you deserve. Front desk, dental assistant, and dentist were good. Just upsetting all the extra out of pocket expenses that were going to be added on top of what my insurance was going to pay for. I declined the service because of this and they offered to email me the X-rays taken for another dentist to see what needed to be done so I didn’t have to go through another set of X-rays at another office. Unfortunately only one of the 10 X-rays they took were emailed to me and had to do the X-rays all over at the new office.

Dr. Irina is very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. She has excellent bedside manner and technique. Her assistant Jassy was also wonderful. She made the check-in process very easy. I had not been to the dentist in 3 years before going to Dr. Shamalova. Coming into the appointment, I was admittedly very nervous. But both the doctor and her assistant made me feel so comfortable and calm. They talked me through every part of the appointment, from insurance to services they offer. When I left, I actually felt excited to go back because I knew I had found a great dentist!

I usually dread the dentist due to horrible past experiences; however, I was pleasantly surprised. This all started with Jazzy who remained extremely friendly and welcoming throughout phone calls and my visit. Dr. Shamalova was also very personable and took the time to explain everything.

I'm in my 30's and this dental practice is the first in y life that I look forward to coming to. Jazi's warm personality eased my nerves from the moment I entered the office. I had multiple silver fillings replaced with white ones and Dr. Shamalova is so gentle that I nearly fell asleep while she works. This is the first dentist I don't have a fear of. They have finally freed me from my dentist phobia!

My visits here are always exceeding my expectations. Dr. Irina is the definition of pain free dentistry. She did my first root canal and explained the procedure & treatment plan in detail. I had no pain during or after the visit and for that reason I have found my dentist for life.
