This is my first ever dental care and dr Jacobs and his team made it really simple. I really love the fact that he would plan out the treatment thinking about my insurance and try to minimize my expense. Loved Maria who cleaned my teeth! Would stick with them.

Haven't yet been treated but I felt comfortable with him. He has a wonderful office staff and he was very considerate of my dental dilemma. He did a non-intrusive panoramic x-ray as I had difficulty opening my mouth due to pain. He made another appointment to provide treatment.

Unfortunately had to have a molar pulled and I'm a sedation dentistry person by nature. On my first visit he said he could sedate me completely, but he preferred not to. I was like "You had me at "sedate me completely". Nonetheless, I went with his suggestion as I needed the work done. He gave me the requisite novocaine and, in fact, the shots were more painless than I recall. The extraction went well and I truly suffered no pain other than wincing at the sounds and the pressure. He is a genuine nice man and a terrific dentist. He explains everything and does so in a down-to-earth fashion. His staff is also terrific. I'd recommend him highly and hope to continue using him as my primary dentist.

My father (RIP) was my dentist since the moment I grew teeth. I looked for a dentist with a magnifying glass. Dr. Avner is a top-notch dentist. He's professional, competent and has the supporting staff to match. Keep up the good work!!

I have been going to my former dentist for years and since two years ago my dentist has retired. For these past two years I was afraid to see another doctor, but my husband insisted that I see Dr. Jacob Avner,
Which I did today, and was extremely satisfied with his care, professionalism and knowledge. He was extra careful and gentle. I am not an easy patient to deal with, as they say nurses and doctors are the worst patients, but Dr. Jacob Avner was just amazing, careful/gentle while providing the treatment for my tooth that required a root-canal. The whole process was extremely smooth and pain free. He really exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great dentist, and the office staff are just as amazing as him.

My visit to Dr Jacob Avner and his team went spectacular!
He is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, genuine, and understanding. He took his time with me to care for all of my concerns. By utilizing X-rays, photos, and other high tech gadgets to aid in his assessment, he came up with a treatment plan that was truly necessary for me, and made sense. I felt at ease and confident with the man.
The hygienist who did my cleaning was amazing! She was extremely thorough and patient. My teeth have never looked as cleaner nor felt better/healthier as they do now.
This is truly a professional place, with the latest equipment, and most of all, inviting. I felt comfortable there; and the staff were great too!

I had an implant with Dr. Avner in 2005 and was a great success! I am back for another implant, after almost 10 years! I couldn't trust anyone else! He has the gentlest hand, the expertise, the knowledge and confidence that one needs as you sit in "scariest chair"! I feel comfortable and relaxed, and yes very happy to have Dr. Avner in Rego Park! His office is well-equipped with new tools, making your experience pleasant. And the staff is wonderful! I am grateful for your care Dr. Avner and staff!!

This was my first time at Dr. Avner's office. The office has a very good location so it was very easy to get to. I also like that the office waiting aria is decorated like a living room, so you do not feel like you are a doctor's office. the office is very clean and his equipment is current. The staff is very friendly and I did not have to wait for a long time to be seen by the Dr. Dr. Avner is very knowledgeable and very gentle. I am very happy with the outcome and I would recommend him to everyone I know.

Dr. Avner is an exceptional dentist who has a genuine compassion for people. He has is a very clean, comfortable and well-organized office. It's easy to get an appointment. When you come to the office, you get the feeling that everyone who works there enjoys what they do. The staff shows good care. The staff is always courteous and the wait times are never too long.
The hygienist is just great. She works side-by-side with a dentist, cleaning patients' teeth and educating them about caring for their teeth as well. I highly recommend.
