About Dr. Jeffrey Francis
Skill and compassion go hand in hand when providing exceptional patient care. As a dental professional, I stay up to date on the latest advancements in dentistry to provide the most current treatment options for my patients. As a doctor, I recognize that my patients are unique individuals who have placed a great deal of trust in me and my team. That is just one reason why I value each and every patient relationship.

Dr. Jeff Francis earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 1978. After practicing on the Navajo Indian Reservation in 1979, he joined his father and brother in their Riverside practice, where he has been providing general dentistry ever since.
Dr. Francis promotes a conservative approach to dentistry, with an emphasis on prevention. He believes in saving and maintaining a patient’s existing dentition whenever possible. While he performs most procedures in-office, he maintains strong relationships with top specialists in Riverside to whom he may refer patients if their needs are best served elsewhere.
Implants are an important option for patients who need to replace missing teeth, and Dr. Francis works closely with Drs. Rathbun, Carvaljo, and Hassan, periodontal and implant specialists in the adjacent office.
An avid photographer, Dr. Francis uses large format cameras in the style of Ansel Adams to capture wilderness landscapes. His work has been published in books, calendars, and magazines including Arizona Highways, The Western Wilderness Calendars, Yosemite Calendar, and others. His fine art photography has been exhibited in galleries and shows, including the Laguna Arts Festival.
