The only negative thing I have to say is that I waited over 2 hours after my scheduled appointment time to be seen. Granted it was the Monday after thanksgiving so I can understand it maybe being a particularly busy day. The dental staff were very apologetic and when I did get into the chair it was a positive and pleasant experience. Very kind personnel and high tech dental care. I’ll be going back in 6 months because I assume the long wait was very out of the ordinary.

This is a wonderful dental office! The atmosphere is very calming, which made the appointment a pleasant experience. Every member of the staff is kind, friendly, attentive, & knowledgeable. I loved how friendly the tech was while he did my cleaning! The doctor did take a while to get back to me, but once he did he found the problem that I had been worried about so we’ll be doing a follow up soon! Hoping to fix my teeth at a reasonable cost which seems like it may be.

Dr. Wu and his staff were wonderful during my visit. Dr. Wu is an amazing listener and has a gentle tone of voice which is something I look for in my dental providers as I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to getting my teeth fixed up. His staff are also wonderful and made sure that I felt comfortable. Overall a wonderful dental clinic that I would recommend to anyone!

Not sure if there was a miscommunication among staff but I was told to get there as close to 8am as possible for the doc to see me before my 9am appt. No one was in the office at first, but door was open. Then the one person there early seemed confused about my arrival, and no one was there to see me until 9. (Though she did take X-rays prior). Everyone was very nice, but cleaning and doc review were both very quick/rushed - much quicker than I’ve ever experienced.

Coming in for the first time, I was really nervous. However, I had such a great experience at this clinic that the feeling dispersed quickly! The staff was very welcoming and nice. The atmosphere was comforting. I have no complaints. I think I found my new dentist!

I made the 1st appointment at 8am as unneeded to get to work by 9:30am. I waited a long time in between X-rays and the cleaning (20mins!). X-ray lady scared me a few times with the way she moved the X-ray apparatus and that big mouth piece in my mouth. All i kept thinking was if she hits my mouth moving it as fast as she was, i would lose a few teeth!! But, she was nice but not so gentle with the the X-ray plates inserting in and out of mouth.
When I was seen by hygienist, he was excellent in communicating and poking and prodding my mouth. Dr. Wu himself was also impressive. I was not impressed by the receptionist.

The doctor and hygienist were knowledgable and friendly but the receptionist was extremely unprofessional and off putting, from the very start. After my consultation she didn’t even let me get out of the dental chair before asking if I had any savings because treatment was going to be very expensive, and then saying “you don’t work?” She then tried to push a healthcare credit card onto me before I even had a chance to look at the dental work plan or get out of my chair. Made me so uncomfortable and I left dumbfounded that it had even happened. Oh and parking is a nightmare.

I recently moved to San Diego and am very happy to have found Dr. Wu’s office. My insurance was not covering a new set of xrays and images and my previous dentists were not responsive so we were not able to release my records on time; however, Dr Wu took new xrays for free to be able to do a proper checkup, I’m grateful for that. He answered all of my questions and addressed all concerns. The staff are very friendly and professional, the office is clean and inviting. I had a great experience.

Zocdoc did not work. Booked an appointment with a dentist. Her office called back and cancelled. Tried to book appointment with this dentist with zocdoc did not work again. Called his office amd from there an amazing experience from phone call on. I would highly recommend him and I will use him again. I cannot say enough about how easy an experience this was.
