Dr. Joanna Jefferson is a general dentist and Orange County native who created Tooth Love to reimagine what a dental visit can feel like. A graduate of USC with a degree in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention, she believes dental care is an essential part of overall self care.
At Tooth Love, every detail is designed to reduce stress and make patients feel cared for, from the soothing light filled space to the environmentally mindful approach that reduces plastic waste. Dr. Jefferson and her team focus on preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry while building lasting relationships with patients.

Dr. Jefferson is the BEST dentist I have ever seen! She is kind, caring, and honest. She cares about her patients and the environment (eco friendly office including bamboo tooth brushes). I have referred multiple people so far and everyone has been over the moon and the recommendation and the care they received!

I broke my tooth on vacation and Dr Jefferson saw me the day I returned from my trip. Dr Jefferson and her team are compassionate and professional! I highly recommend them.

The office was super clean. This was the first time I didn’t have to wait on the doctor. She came in right away and greeted me. The entire team made me feel very comfortable and I didn’t feel like any treatments were pushed or forced on me like I’ve experienced at other offices. I highly recommend Tooth Love to anyone looking for an easy, refreshing dental experience!

Dr Jefferson is a very compassionate and knowledgeable dentist. I visited her on a recommendation from a friend and I was very pleasantly surprised. The office was clean and very nice and Dr Jefferson was amazing. She even answered a phone call from me personally when I had more questions, even though I’m sure she was busy. She has a very gentle touch and I felt no pain at all. I highly recommend her to anyone Who is nervous going to the dentist.

Dr Jefferson is an excellent dentist. Her bedside manner is caring and professional. She really listened when I spoke and even got on a phone call with me personally when I had follow up questions. She explained everything in a very approachable and non-intimidating way. She came highly recommended to me by my old dentist in San Diego and she was absolutely right. I’ll be a patient for life.

My dental experience with Dr. Jefferson has always been prompt and very professional. The office is sparkling clean with a fun touch of color and decor. I also think her grab box is something special which gives her patients a personal experience as they leave.

I have been going to Dr. Jefferson for years, and she is one of the most thorough, thoughtful, and trustworthy dentists I’ve ever had. She is very honest about dental procedures and carefully explains everything she’s doing. I know I can ask her anything and get genuine, sound guidance. Her office is beautiful, and she has top-of-the-line equipment that shows you every nook and cranny of your teeth. It’s so cool! Dr. Jefferson goes above and beyond to make her patients feel comfortable and well taken care of.

I was a little worried about visiting a new dentist after my dentist retired but I soon found that I shouldn’t have. The staff made me feel comfortable almost immediately and Dr. Jefferson was very nice and was very gentle. My entire visit was great and I would recommend her to others as I was.

One visit with Dr. Jefferson and you immediately know you’ve found your dentist for life. She really takes the time to listen to her patients and thoroughly explains all that’s being done. She gives you the confidence and knowledge needed to take better care of our teeth. She’s kind, patient, and gentle (!) and her staff is amazing as well. To top it off, her office is stunning. Not your typical dental office by any means.
