More about Dr. Joanna Kempler, DDS, MS
Dr. Kempler obtained her DDS degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore College of Dental Surgery in 2008. She graduated Summa Cum Laude and was the valedictorian of her class. During her undergraduate training she received The Southeastern Academy of Prosthodontics Award of Excellence, The American College of Prosthodontics Achievement Award and The American Academy of Periodontology Award. Dr. Kempler was also elected for membership in the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honorary Dental Society in 2008. Dr. Kempler completed her three-year specialty training in Prosthodontics at the University of Maryland Baltimore College of Dental Surgery in 2011. During her specialty training Dr. Kempler lectured about dental implants and cosmetic dentistry at numerous national meetings. Dr. Kempler conducted her research project on the accuracy of implant impressions and obtained her Master's Degree in 2011 , Dr. Kempler is also a board certified prosthodontist.
Dr. Kempler teaches part time in the Prosthodontics Department at the University of Maryland Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. She is a member of the American College of Prosthodontics, American Academy of Maxillofacial Prosthetics and Academy of Osseointegration.
