He prides himself on making sure you have the best dental care possible, and welcomes the opportunity to be your dentist. Dr. Tavakkoli is dedicated and committed to postdoctoral study. He strives to be at the forefront of his profession in order to provide his patients with the most advanced and comprehensive approach to oral health. Dr. Tavakkoli loves his job and looks forward to working closely with you to create a plan that promotes healthy teeth and gums. We stand by our commitment to serve everyone in the community, individuals, families and active as well as retired service members. The dental care we provide is second to none. Dr. Tavakkoli volunteers his time and services throughout the community. He works with the Northern Virginia Dental Clinic and their amazing staff to provide dental services to low income residents. Dr. Tavakkoli earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Temple University School of Dentistry in 1998. He also completed a yearlong externship in Implantology. He has completed advanced studies at LVI Global, an international institution dedicated to the progress of dentistry and improving the lives of patients. After graduation from Temple University, he practiced in the Philadelphia area, before moving to Northern Virginia with his family. Dr. Tavakkoli preferred Lumineers provider, a member of the Sleep Apnea Society, and a Preferred Invisalign® Provider. He has worked with Invisalign since 2000 when it first became available to the public. Dr. Tavakkoli has been recognized by Northern Virginia Magazine and Virginia Living Magazine as a Top Dentist and by The Consumers’ Research Council as one of America’s Top Dentists.
