Made an appointment based on ZocDoc reviews–very disappointing. Waited for an hour after my appointment time before I was even seen. Spent two hours there total for a cleaning, yet left without my teeth ever being cleaned. My chest was used to sit tools on instead of the tray. Spent more time with the billing department reviewing recommended future treatments verse with the actual dentist.
The appointment felt like sitting through a time share presentation, not a routine medical appointment.

Very nice staff, billing part was not good. was told i only had a copay. two weeks latter i got a billed. When i was there, i was told that a one of the test is self paid and it will be $20. I got the EOB and the test was billed to the insurance

Today was the first time I visited the Dental Care Group. I really enjoyed the environment. I came in about an issue I've had for years and they gave me an affordable option. I recommend.
