Dr John Hong was very diligent, patient and knowledge. The procedure took quite so time because of what needed to be done but Dr Hong made sure I was okay on numerous occasions which was very comforting. He also did everything in his power to make sure I wasn't in pain. I highly recommend him!!!

Dr. John Hong is a native of New York. He earned his Doctorate in Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
Dr. Hong went on to complete his post-doctorate General Practice Residency at the Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, where he received further training in advanced comprehensive general and cosmetic dentistry. He was further trained in implant dentistry at the Columbia University Medical Center.
Prior to becoming the primary dentist at Somers Smiles, Dr. Hong had been bringing quality dental care to patients of all ages on Long Island, in New York City, and in Westchester.
Dr. Hong is a member of the ADA and the Academy of General Dentistry, and the New York State Dental Association.
During his leisure time, Dr. Hong enjoys playing golf and trying out different neighborhood cuisine. Dr. Hong has also been contributing his time and skills to various charitable causes, including organizing and participating in dental mission trips to various locations around the world.
