About Dr. Jonathan Richter
Dr. Jonathan Richter is a skilled dual trained holistic Periodontist (gum disease specialist), Prosthodontist (an expert in restoring teeth) and an expert in Implant Dentistry. He is one of only a few in the tri-state area. He received his degree at NYU School of Dental Medicine and studied three additional years at the University of Pennsylvania’s prestigious Perio/Prosth Program earning a degree in Periodontics, Periodontal Prosthesis, Fixed Prosthodontics and Implantology.
As both an integrative Periodontist and Prosthodontist, Dr. Richter believes in a total preventative wellness approach. Unlike most practitioners, Dr. Richter believes that all measures should be taken to save the natural tooth. His conservative approach is able to save most teeth that other dentist would extract. As an integrative dentist, he uses a holistic “natural” approach to Periodontics, General, Cosmetic, Restorative and Implant Dentistry.

Whole heartedly recommend Dr. Richter. My front tooth was chipped Wednesday night and I was able to get an appointment the next morning. He gave me back my smile (and my missing tooth lol) and I’m very grateful. Dr. Richter and his staff genuinely cared about my well-being and dental issue.

I had an issue that I didnt think would ever get fixed. I had a bad crown and abutment put in a few years ago and it was loose. The other dentists that I visited couldn't resolve the issue until I met Dr. Richter. After providing him with the information that I had, he immediately identified the issue and had the proper tools on hand to identify the type of abutment. He explained everything that would need to be done to replace it and eased all the anxiety that I've been having. His staff was also very friendly and they walked me through each step (molding, x-rays, next appointment)
