He's intelligent, compassionate, attentive, as are his entire staff. Easily my best Oral surgeon experience. I'm so thankful for his practice and the care they provide.

Friendly and easy going staff, doctor Josh did an excellent job explaining the procedure, I had a filling done, and unlike my last dentist, Dr. Josh made it comfortable and pain free.

Dr. Joshua McLean is an experienced clinician who brings a fresh, sincere twist to family and cosmetic dentistry. A native of Southern California, he received a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from UC Santa Barbara and a Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh. He then went on to complete a Dental Residency at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn. He utilizes a modern, youthful approach to achieve high level results.
Placing a large emphasis on patient care, Dr McLean creates strong dentist/patient bonds. Listening and working together with patients contributes to individual outcomes, and builds an ever-increasing repeat customer base. Dr McLean truly enjoys seeing his patients’ transformations. He has been influenced greatly to implement minimally invasive dentistry. Continuing education is key to staying ahead of the latest industry standards, and as modern dentistry progresses, so does Dr. McLean.
Although the sunshine and beaches of La Jolla were tough to leave behind, he was enchanted by the East Coast while visiting family, and has since made it his home. Dr. McLean lives in Manhattan with his wife and cat.
