Dr. Kamboj is amazing! From the moment you walk in, his staff greets you with a warm welcome, including Dr. Kamboj. The team is very accommodating, with constant reminders or updates to when you’ll be seen. Once it is your turn, which should be in no time, Dr. Kamboj becomes a mere friend, continuing the conversation you once had from the last visit and adding more to the table. I have only ever gone for a cleaning and x-rays, but the team and Dr. Kamboj are thorough, and during the procedure, are very sensible to any uncomfortability you might experience, which I highly doubt you will just because he’s that good!

Dr. Kamboj is a native of Flushing and a long-time resident of New York City. He completed his undergraduate studies at the New York University College of Arts and Sciences and subsequently attended the New York University College of Dentistry, where he earned a Doctorate in Dental Surgery. Dr. Kamboj is well-versed in all phases of dental treatment, including but not limited to prosthodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and restorative dentistry. He is an avid learner and continuously challenges himself to advance his skills to as high a standard as possible. For this reason, he regularly attends continuing education seminars to satisfy his intellectual curiosity and also participates in mentor-ship and teaching programs in an effort to share his vast knowledge with the public. Moreover, on the subject of academics, Dr. Kamboj has demonstrated excellence in scientific research and has been published for his findings in the Journal of Dental Education.
Regarding his approach to dentistry, Dr. Kamboj is fastidious, always exhibiting great attention to detail. He is also unique in his ability to effectively communicate treatment goals to his patients. It is his opinion that patient education is paramount; he feels that healthcare providers have a responsibility to arm the public with all information pertinent to their health because the best and most predictable outcomes can only be attained if patients are equipped with an understanding of common dental ailments.

Terrible experience with the x-way which took more then 12 times for 4 needed photo and terrible experience for cleaning with water sprayed all over the face and even dripped to the neck .

This was my sons first dental visit and he is 7 years old and was very afraid as any 7 year old's would be , but once the doctor started talking to him he felt very comfortable. The work was excellent and now my son actually looks forward to going to the dentist. I was so pleased with how well he handled my son, i now have Dr. Kamboj as my dentist as well. Very highly recommend him.

If you want a trustworthy dentist then make an appointment here. They are simply good people. Every time I leave I am in a better mood. The office is beautiful and very clean but also very comfortable. I know they wouldn’t judge me if I came in my pajamas. Nice normal people. Dr. Kamboj is very intelligent (I did my research and he went to NYU so I am not surprised). He found a cavity that has been hurting me that my previous dentist didn’t find. He even called to check on me after an appointment. They will treat you with respect. They get you in and no long waits or anything like that. Even when they are super busy. If you get in even just 3 or 4 minutes “late” Dr. Kamboj himself apologizes! He is really really sweet! I have state insurance (not the best paying insurance) and I appreciate that they accept it. I have an anxiety disorder and being touched is very difficult for me. They are very professional. Dr. Kamboj truly, sincerely cares about your comfort. I move a lot and he and Maggie are very patient. My lips were getting dry during fillings and he noticed and took the time to put Vaseline on them. He is very, very sweet and caring. Good people and a safe place to go. Highly recommend for all ages. They squeezed me in on a Saturday and Maggie (the hygienist) even had her little daughter watching TV in the waiting room. It’s nice that a dentist cares about his employees and treats them like family. Dr. Kamboj is so respectful and nice to his staff. The employees are happy and comfortable. That speaks a lot about him. Great dentist

I was unhappy with the look of my smile because my old crowns were turning black. Dr. Kamboj explained the issue to me in detail and we worked out a plan that would improve my smile so I could feel more confident again. The process did take some time but the results were worth it. He's a great doctor and treats you with kindness and respect. I really appreciate how hard he worked to meet my expectations and his pricing is very fair

Dr. Kamboj is absolutely wonderful. I don't trust my teeth to anyone else. I have challenging dental needs and he is always calm and reassuring. I have never felt one drop of pain in his chair and he would never do an unnecessary procedure.

I visited Beech Avenue Dental in order to resolve a toothache that had been going on for three days. I was in excruciating pain and couldn't take it anymore. I'm happy to report that Dr. Kamboj was able to identify the source of the problem right away, and he was extremely thorough in explaining what was going on. He and his staff were very professional throughout the entire experience. After my appointment, Dr. Kamboj even called me personally to make sure that I was feeling better. I really appreciate his willingness to make sure patients are happy with their experience. I would happily recommend this doctor and his office to anyone.
