About Dr. Karina Zaygermakher
I am dedicated to patient care, comfort, and helping fearful patients overcome their anxieties so they can receive the dental treatment they need. I utilize the latest technology, including Invisalign, laser dentistry, Zoom whitening, and Cerec crowns, onlays, and inlays, all within the philosophy of minimally invasive dentistry. My goal is to provide quality treatment that exceeds patients' expectations. I earned my Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Tufts University, which has equipped me with a strong foundation to deliver exceptional care.

I try to avoid going to the dentist at all times because of obvious reasons where I am scared, I don't want to smell my tooth burning, etc... For me, it used to be like torture sitting at that dentist's chair until I had my multiple visits with Dr. Zaygermakher at Downtown Dental Studio. She is very knowledgeable, fast, and on point. If not medically necessary, she would not want you to go through any additional treatment(s) and she definitely doesn't rush things. I also believe she has a great team! All the team members were working like a bee to help her complete my treatment. I have not felt any pain or never had any concerns. I sincerely believe a strong team is very critical.
Downtown Dental Studio is located very central in Manhattan and the rooms were clean, bright, and private. Especially during Covid times, you can see the importance the staff gives for your safety. The treatment cost was extremely reasonable especially if you don't have a dental insurance plan. If you have any dental problems I wouldn't waste a single minute and call Dr. Karina Zaygermakher.

She was amazing and ensured that I didn't feel pain. We worked on some very difficult teeth, it took a lot of anesthetic, but she got me where I needed to be in order to accept my military orders!

Dr. Zaygermakher has a great bedside manner - she's the dentist that told me to floss in a way I actually listened to.
She's got a gentle touch for cleaning and fillings as well. I got a million cavities (slight exaggeration) pre-Dr. Zaygermakher, and the fillings were easy enough I decided to do an extra one on the spot.

Dr. Karina was very thorough and took the time to discuss the preventative measures that are important for dental health. The office was clean and efficient, and the reception staff were outstanding.

I received terrible treatment and the dentist didn't care about your feeling at all, I mean seriously not at all. I bled a lot in my shirt, and they say that's normal, ????. But I have to say, the receptionists are very nice.

Dr. Karina & staff are superb! She always make sure I get the best treatment & care. The office accepts & work with my insurance so I never had issues with billing. Eloise & Mel are always welcoming & helpful. I have been a patient since 2014. They have exceeded my expectations when it comes to any dental work including philips zoom whitening.

Very professional. Doctor Zaygermakher was friendly and she was very patient with me. I had to replace my front tooth crown and doctor did an amazing job. I highly recommend doctor Zaygermakher for cosmetic dentistry.
