“I was a little aggravated. I arrived 15 minutes early and the office manger/front desk receptionist arrived 20 minutes late. I had to fill out registration form that I had previously done on line so other patients who came in after me were seen 1st. An hour after I arrived I was finally having xrays taken. The staff was very nice but I did have to wait a very long time. At 11:30 I complained that it was taking to long and then the Hygienist finally came to clean my teeth. I was done about 12:36 almost 3 hours after I arrived.”

I gave up on my oral health about 5-6 years ago. After my visit, it finally dawned on me. I can't give up because after the x-rays, they didn't give up. They've explained everything that needs to be done now, as well as what needs to be done in the future. Staff is beyond friendly. the doctor's bedside manner is impeccable. Will come back.

I searched for an ENDODONTIST not a general dentist. The office visit was a waste of my time while I was in pain and in need of an endodontist.
I even wrote it on my comment that I had a crown from a root canal that was causing me pain. This office should not have accepted the appointment knowing that they do not offer endodontist services.

My first visit was bad, I felt like I was being made fun of and not listened to. I didn’t receive a cleaning but my insurance was charged for one. I was told that I needed a deep cleaning so I scheduled that for 05/12. The dentist and the hygienist were condescending and very passive about my concerns. I needed a tooth replacement, the dentist explained to me my options. I had been without a tooth since January so I preferred a faster option. I paid for “a flipper” which I was told would be ready in a week. As I was being molded, I heard the dentist berating the decision I made for “a flipper” instead of a bridge. I decided to keep my cool but I knew this office was not for me. I came back on 05/12. My appt was at 11a, I didn’t get seen until 12:05p with no explanation. I feel both the dentist and hygienist wanted to hurt me intentionally. They didn’t have my tooth and I feel like they won’t ever give me my tooth, I’m wondering if my insurance can step in at this point.

Although Dr. is excellent. The Dr has no payment plans. The receptionist did not inform me of the total I would be charged. I have dental insurance and never paid more than my Co pay. I left having to take a loan xxxx.xx so if you can afford Dr.is great

Dr was okay but didn’t do an excellent job and is ok with things being just bleh. If you go here make sure you don’t leave until you’re 100% satisfied don’t think ad a dentist she’ll make sure to do 100% excellent job . She worked alone without a dental assistant and I was scared I would get hurt cause you can’t do it all by yourself … I wish this Dr all the best

Really loved my dental hygienist. Her name was Maggie. She was friendly, professional, and was very thorough. The dentist was very professional and explained everything. Highly recommend and I will definitely continue to go to this practice.

Great experience on the first visit. Dr. Zsanto came to me with great service and was informative. She provided information that I wasn't aware of and recommended an orthodontist. When she mentioned that if I was her son and she would take me straight to an orthodontist, I realized that she was concerned. She's the real MVP.
