The dentist’s chair is not a favorite place for many people, especially for children. With this knowledge, we want to change that. To make each visit to our practice more enjoyable, we have shed the stereotype of the cold, impersonal dental office and have created a family-friendly atmosphere for all your dental needs.
Dr. Otteson is part of a small percentage of dental professionals across the country to offer the Laser Assisted New Attachment Procedure (LANAP®). This laser gum surgery treats gum disease by removing it with laser light as opposed to cutting the infected gum tissue away. Eliminating this cutting process reduces risk of gum recession, and the laser is proven to regenerate bone growth that may have been lost due to gum disease.
