I appreciated that my appointment was right on time and efficient. Both the front desk staff and dental hygienist were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Dr. Konstantine Malafis did a great job talking over any issues or questions I had, and had a very genuine and chill bedside manner that I enjoyed. Probably the best dentist visit I've ever had! The staff was extremely friendly and very professional. I was in and out within half an hour for a cleaning and xrays. The doctor was friendly and professional as well with almost no pain during the cleaning. I HIGHLY recommend this office!

My visit with Dr. Malafis exceeded all my expectations. I went into my appointment nervous & scared. The staff was very friendly and helped ease any of my worries. Dr. Malafis was very thorough in his examination. He answered all my questions about his findings. I was made aware of the different treatment plans that I could choose to follow. He was very patient in letting me figure out what was best for me. My overall experience at the office was positive & pleasant. I will highly recommend him to friends & family. Dr Malafis saw me quickly and his receptionist was kind, but he was harsh in tone and told me i had 7 cavities somehow in the course of the 9 months since my last check up with my old dentist. He asked if i flossed, i said almost every day, and he made me feel like i was lying to him. I felt like he was SO quick in his review of my xrays, and very rushed with the cleaning. He booked me for 7 fillings and i felt weird about it, so i got a second opinion. Sure enough, i only had 3. I would've paid double and gone through twice the work for nothing with Dr. Malafis.
