I can't recommend Dr. Harrison highly enough. She is so friendly, and remembers her patients. I have never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen (and it's often right away), and all of the hygienists in the office are also wonderful..

Dr. Kristin Harrison is an experienced and detailed dentist, treating all her patients with care, compassion, and a gentle touch. In addition to Madison Dental Group, the most prestigious dental practice in New York City, Dr. Harrison is a clinical instructor and attending for dental residents at both Mount Sinai Hospital and Lutheran Hospital.
Dr. Harrison received her DMD from The Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC and a B.S. in Biology from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC. She continued her doctoral studies, focusing on implant and cosmetic dentistry as well as additional training in pediatric dentistry and oral surgery at the General Practice Residency program at Mt. Sinai Hospital.
Dr. Harrison currently holds her CRDTS Regional Dental Board Certification, is a member of The Gay and Lesbian Medical Association; Health professionals advancing LGBT equality, The American Dental Association, The New York County Dental Society, The New York State Dental Society.

Absolutely love Dr. Harrison!! She’s really easy going, and doesn’t play any of the guilt trips I usually get from dentists. Her dental hygienists are always incredibly sweet. They make sure you know what’s happening every step of the way. I also have never felt pressured into any procedure, and there is no nagging about when I’ll be back. The whole staff is really nice and respectful and helpful!

After my first appointment, I would highly recommend Dr. Kristin Harrison & Madison Dental Group! I haven't been to the dentist in a few years and Dr. Harrison and the hygienist, Lori, were great and explained every step. I also had a great experience with the Administrative / front desk team, as Peggy took time to explain my insurance coverage and was very helpful finding times for follow-ups that worked for my schedule.

Dr. Harrison and her team are amazing.
Dr. Harrison - she was extremely thorough in her examination. Not only did she spend a good deal of time looking at every detail, she was also fully transparent and open to explaining the science rationale behind her statements (which I appreciated). Finally, I did not feel any discomfort expressing concerns/curiosities or asking for advice - and that's really all one can hope for in her/his dentist.
Ingrid - she was a fantastic person and worked well assisting Dr. Harrison. She was very gentle and warm. She also had a good taste in music. She and Dr. Harrison make a solid team.
Staff - the staff was superb. Outside of being clearly good at their jobs, they had senses of humor, and that was a solid way to start the day!

Every single person I spoke to at the office was incredibly pleasant and accommodating. I was actually a bit surprised how quickly they took care of me and I was about 5 minutes late but they took me right away and had me in and out of there very efficiently. Both the dental assistant, Ingrid, and Dr. Harrison were amazingly pleasant, friendly and sociable. It's not often you enjoy going to the dentist, but they made the experience such a memorable one that I left with a smile... a freshly cleaned one!

Loved Kristin! It was the first time that I've had a dentist actually do the cleaning and not the hygienist. Loved that she talked me through x-rays and was really down to earth. I've gone to the dentist so many times and never really knew what they looked for in the x-ray films, so that was pretty cool. Any questions, she wanted to know. Really personable and her staff is great as well. They all went the extra mile, which in New York, can be rare. Looks like I've found my dentist, thanks Kristin & team!

Melissa the office assistant went out of her way to make sure my insurance was set up ahead of time. And Dr. Kristen was AMAZING. She doesn't have the typical pediatric set up but my 4 year old son was totally comfortable and completely charmed by her. Thank you SO much!

The most amazing visit I've ever had, Dr. Harrison is professional, friendly and is extremely gentle, she tells you what she is doing before anything is done. I did not feel uncomfortable or any type of pain during my visit. I really loved the staff, they were so sweet from the moment you walk in. I would recommend Dr. Harrison with no questions asked she is the best!!!!
