100% recommend Dr. Azeem, I found availability on ZocDoc and it was super simple to book an appointment and she was prompt and really thoughtful in her approach. I got a filling that was necessary and she gave me a shot that I could barely feel. I cannot recommend her enough and think any person who is new to the area should highly consider her!

A few weeks ago, I made an appointment for today and got the confirmation message from Zocdoc. Last week I got a voicemail asking me to call them. I tried calling and no answer. The answering machine said I could text their number, so I texted and asked them to please call my work phone if they needed to speak with me, as my cell gets bad service at work. In my text, I confirmed I would be there for my appointment. I never heard back, and I had the ZocDoc confirmation so I thought everything was set. I arrived at the office around 8:15am for my 8:30am appointment. The office was locked and lights were off. I was confused because online the hours say they open at 8. I called multiple times, left multiple voicemails and texts, and no response. I gave up and left a little after 9. I finally got a message around 9:15am saying “sorry, we can offer a whitening kit for the inconvenience”. I don’t understand why my appointment was canceled without my knowledge. Very unprofessional.

I made an appointment and received confirmation as well. I showed up to my appointment. The door was locked and I was outside knocking for 15 minutes. I also called and texted the office and no one answered. Such a disappointing experience.

I had a wonderful experience at this dental office. The receptionist at the front desk was very kind and knowledgeable, and even texted me about 30-45 minutes beforehand to let me know that the dentist was running a bit late in case I wanted to arrive a bit later. Once I was at the office, I was seen very quickly, and everything felt like it went very smoothly. Both the tech and the dentist that I saw (who was technically different than who I booked with, but clearly equally warm, kind, and skilled) were quick and made sure that I was comfortable. Overall I'd recommend this dental office.

Here is my honest review:
It has been years since I've seen the dentist due to previous insurance issues & Covid. Needless to say, I was very nervous coming in since I knew that there is a lot of work needed. On top of that, I have major social & regular anxiety so it took a lot of courage to come in. All of those emotions were quickly lifted off my chest when the receptionist walked in shortly after me. She greeted me & even knew my name though I'd never been here before. All the staff were very transparent with me, broke down all the details, & always made sure that I understood what was going on which I HIGHLY appreciated considering the fact that I have anxiety. Another thing that I appreciated was that they made sure what my insurance covers and offer payment plans if I couldn't afford it up-front. 10/10 would recommend this doctor & office. Never in my life have I experienced such a great, caring, and friendly team of people. I'm glad I discovered this place!

Practically painless, and my teeth were in really bad shape. They were very clear in explaining and showing what was going on with my teeth.
The lady at the front desk was very knowledgeable about health/dental plans which was very helpful for me because I knew nothing. And they were very understanding about that and explained that thoroughly aswell.
Overall one of the best dental appointments I’ve had in my life.

Dr. lubna Azeem was great! Had an appointment for the first time in years, teeth was definitely not in a great shape, but felt no shame by the doctor. She was friendly, clearly communicated the issues, and she was extremely attentive to the feedback of my reactions. She would stop and check on me constantly before i even tell her that something hurts and it was overall a great experience
