The Dentist staff was wonderful but the girl at the front desk was quite rude. I would go again because they Dentist and staff themselves were professional, but they need to get a more mature front desk secretary. Clean office, state of the art. Found on Zocdoc. Will go again, not a long wait at all was very satisfied ??

The last visit the root canal specialist was unable to do a root canal and recommended tooth extractions....because of this I was refunded the portion for the root canal however when I asked for a referral the body language I saw when the kind reception asked the gentleman for one was very rigid and unhelpful so this made me feel like because of the refund I was not provided with a referral. However I do still feel the office is professional and the staff there is wonderful....but when receiving a refund certain individual changed their demeanor and becoming non caring and even cold because of that so money seems to be a priority to certain individuals but as to giving an "honest" review as a dental facility...it is very clean, very professional and the staff were helpful.

Very professional, very informative, Hi-tech equipment, professionally pleasant staff, she will be my primary care dentist due to the pleasant experience I had at her office today.

Dr. Taft seemed to be more concerned with money (out of pocket) expenses then she seem to be with treatment. Maybe it's to balance the books when paying her extended (useless) staff members. The doctor refused to improve service paid by insurance, until the patient agreed to submit trump-up out of pocket charges. Absolutely would never recommend this doctor.

What an awfully sad experience I had yesterday. I'm still distressed and have shared my experience with everyone, all who are as shocked, or more, as me. Dr. Taft treated me horribly and even went so far as to have one of her staff members (gentleman) come in the room. I felt like I was completely ganged up on and bullied. I have a lot of anxiety whenever I go to the dentist; who doesn't? But I expect, as a patient, to be treated with care and concern. While having a cavity filled, I felt like the water dripping in my mouth was going to choke me. I held up my hand to ask her to give me a moment to which Dr. Taft proceeded to tell me "no, let me finish my job. I'm trying to make us both comfortable and you're making it worse." She proceeded to say other things while keeping the drill in my mouth and not letting me come up for air. After she finished, I checked my heart rate on my watch, which was at 98 and said "this is not comfortable for me at all and I thought I was going to choke." She told me there was nothing in my mouth to choke on. We went back and forth and I expressed that she should be making this more of a pleasant experience, not less. She then told me that I was making her nervous and she couldn't work on me. She left me to sit in the room, with gaping holes in my back teeth; I must have sat there for 7-10 minutes. When she came in the room she spoke again about how I made her feel. I repeated my same sentiments and outrage at how unprofessional she was treating me. She told me that I needed to be quiet, she held onto my hand to show me that she was "worked up", she had a male staff member come in the room and loom there as if to attack. She then told me that she wasn't going to permanently fill my teeth and would just put in temporary fillings and for me to find a dentist who would need to "drill the temporary fillings out and then place in permanent fillings" because she was too worked up to work on me. I told her that she was retaliating against me. I also tried to take a different approach and so I calmed myself down as best I could, and told her that I would make this easier for her, even though it should have been the other way around as I'm the patient. I even apologized to her for being scared with the work she was doing. She said "that's fine, but it's too late, I just can't work on you. You can find another dentist to finish this. I can't do it." I made sure to document the entire situation as it was happening and told her that I was; I also told her that my lawyer would be involved immediately. I informed her that I would be reporting her to the Board immediately following my departure. She left me in the room again. Upon her return, she properly finished the job and we both agreed that I would find a different dentist. I'm so disturbed by this. I already had a bad experience, as a child, with the dentist which is due to my anxiety now. But to give me such a horrible, distasteful and downright demeaning experience, as an adult really traumatizes me. I know so many people who will not go to the dentist out of fear and after yesterday's experience, I completely understand why. It's really very sad Dr. Taft doesn't care more about her patients and less about herself.

The doctor and the staff was really nice, the only problem I had is the hygienist; she was too rough and rude. I would not come back just because of her.

Because my three year old daughter was crying, the dentist came in the room, rushed and did my cleaning, and that's not even the bad part!! While she was cleaning my teeth the pain was so intensifying, when I got up and look in the mirror, ALL my teeth gums were bleeding and blister. She also called my daughter a "monster"! So no I will never go back to this office.

I was billed for charges above what my insurance pays. I was assured that all costs were covered by my insurance and was not given a breakdown of the costs even though I asked for it. Be careful and get everything in writing.
