Dr. Mahyar Lotfi was born in Iran and moved to the USA with his family when he was 17. Since then, he has enjoyed living in different parts of the country throughout his education but chose to settle in Sonoma County after graduation. He desires to help those in his local communities, solve their dental problems, and make sure they enjoy visiting the dentist. Dr. Lotfi earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University. His main inspiration for becoming a dentist was to provide the type of care his family could never afford when he was growing up. He saw how dentistry can help others be healthier and enjoy life fully. Now, he combines his knowledge, passion, and love for technology so his patients can benefit from high-level dental care, free of discomfort or anxiety. Whether it is relieving your pain, improving your appearance, or boosting your health, Dr. Lotfi will look after you like he would his own family. He strives to implement new technology to make your visit more comfortable while providing exceptional results. Dr. Lotfi's vision is to help you gain confidence in your smile and improve it one patient at a time. In his spare time, you can find him trying a new dish from another part of the world. He also loves nature, hiking local trails, and bicycling on the road or mountain on weekends.
