About Dr. Maor Gutwaks
Dr. Gutwaks’ goal is to ensure each patient leaves better than when they came in. He is known for being incredibly friendly and approachable, deeply focused on patient care, and always explaining things to patients in a way that makes them feel well informed and secure.
Dr. G is originally from Englewood, NJ. His passion for dentistry began when he was just 15 years old assisting at an office in midtown Manhattan. He earned his doctorate degree from Touro College of Dental Medicine and completed his general practice residency at Montefiore Medical Center.
Dr. G is a big proponent of learning, always seeking opportunities to take continuing education courses, attend dental conferences, and engage with and receive mentorship from experts across the field.
Dr. G enjoys hiking, snowboarding, singing, basketball, and going to concerts. He lives on the Upper East Side with his fiancé, and together they love to explore all that NYC has to offer.

Dr. G was kind, calming and very thorough in his exam and explanation of my potential treatment plan. He made me feel completely comfortable and confident that what he was proposing would be the best course of action for me and my aesthetic and functional needs. I would absolutely use Dr. G for any and all of my dental care and procedures.

Wow, what an experience! Would 100% recommend. Usually hate going to the dentist, but having someone explain everything so clearly and patiently with humor and kindness, rate really made me feel like all my needs were being addressed. Definitely coming back.

Went to see Dr. G for a filling. Everything was quick and painless. When he showed me the mirror at the end I couldn't even tell the filling from my natural teeth. He is a true artist. I definitely recommend Dr. G to anybody for their dental needs.
