“26 year old male reviewing. I saw Dr. Elias this week. I hadn’t been to the dentist in more than two years due to losing insurance / changing jobs as well as a phobia of the dentist. Despite having a lot of anxiety, breathing heavily, and even needing to throw up, Dr. Elias and her staff was very understanding and kind and helped me through my phobia/fears. They were beyond understanding and I am beyond appreciative of the compassion and support they gave me for just a cleaning. She was absolutely amazing at her job and my mouth feels so much better after the fact. I cannot express enough gratitude to her and while I can’t necessarily say I look forward to my six month cleaning, I know that when I see her then, I will be in good hands. Highly recommend and the best dentist I have ever visited in my life. ”

Said nothing was wrong with my tooth when I asked her about it. Before next appointment, was in excruciating pain- went back for an emergency visit and she said the tooth looks fine. Told me to wait and rest it. Turns out I needed a root canal- infection had penetrated the bone. Worst pain I have ever felt. Don't go to her.

Conveniently located at Farragut West. Lunchtime appointment started on time. Check in, check out, X-rays, and cleaning were done in 45 minutes (I had no cavities or other problems). One of the more comfortable cleanings I've had.

She didn't make me feel guilty about plaque or flossing laziness -- just provided recommendations in a matter-of-fact and non-judgmental manner. She even recalled concerns I mentioned in an appointment a year earlier, so I trust that she takes good notes on her patients.
