She went on to complete her degree in Dentistry at the UPR School of Dental Medicine in 2006. Dr. Carbia was admitted to Nova University where she finished her AEGD residency, after which she decided to stay in Florida to practice dentistry. She is a member of the American Dental Association.
Dr Carbia is a second-generation dentist; her father, sister and brother in law all practice dentistry in Puerto Rico. Dr. Carbia has been practicing general and cosmetic dentistry in the Miami area for over 8 years. She has completed advanced training in Endodontics and Invisalign. She is passionate about continuing education courses every year in order to keep up with all the latest technologies that are constantly changing in Dentistry. Dr. Carbia is also dedicated to making a positive contribution to the community. She is committed to your dental health and it is her mission to develop a long-term relationship with her patients. At The Dental Studio, she compassionately offers you her expertise in a comfortable, state-of-the-art and family-friendly atmosphere.

The secretary is kind, she tried to do her best.
However the doctor is aggressive, poor listener, no mannered at all and driven by making money not by caring about the health of patients.
She tried to over treated me to get paid after spent 5 minutes with me.
The hygienist did the whole job.
They were talking Spanish between them : very unclassy.

I was lost when I arrived so I called the office & the lady at the tront desk did a good job with directing me. The office looks really nice & clean. After I completed the forms, they called me to the back right away. I have never gone to a dentist's office that did a cleaning on my first visit/appointment. I love that they don't waste any time. It shows me that they value the patients time ?? The hygienist was nice and gentle with taking my x-rays & cleaning my teeth. Dr. Carbia was a good listener and appeared to be very knowledgeable. I feel like I'm in good hands with this office. I recommend it.
