I scheduled my appointment through their online scheduling system which is zocdoc.com and when I went to the appointment instead of seeing me for cleaning they had me set up for an emergency appointment so I was unable to meet with the dental hygienist and get my teeth cleaned. I told them that I did not want to set a second appointment after hearing that scheduling appointments through their online system often causes issues. Since this was a known problem that hasn’t been fixed yet, I will not schedule a new appointment. When I got there, the front desk receptionist was great though and so was the woman that took me back to my room, so it’s unfortunate that they have a problem with their online scheduling and haven’t bothered to fix it yet. When the woman that took me back to a room for the wrong appointment, asked a receptionist if these scheduling snafus are normal she said that they happen a lot. I was annoyed by the lack of initiative to fix it.
