About Dr. Melissa Marchesan

Dr Melissa A. Marchesan graduated dental school from the University of Sao Paulo and pursued a Masters and a PhD in Restorative Dentistry with focus in Endodontics. She has held several academic positions and has published over 80 articles. She has been engaged in research, teaching and clinical practice since 1998. After moving to the United States, Dr Marchesan completed her second Endodontic Specialty Program at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale FL in 2013, where she received the prestigious American Association of Endodontists Foundation fellowship award. Dr Marchesan enjoys working as a team with the patient for optimal results, because everyone is coming from a different position in life and has different needs and goals. She speaks English, Portuguese and basic Spanish. Dr. Marchesan lives in The Woodlands with her husband and beloved dog Luke. She enjoys being outdoors and plenty of sun!
