Dr. Michael Katayev tested my area of dental discomfort to determine the correct tooth. He then gave me some needles and extracted the wisdom tooth. The extraction was done with such skill that the tooth was out quickly and with almost no pain. His able dental assistant had ready an assortment of extra dental tools just in case they were needed during the procedure but they were not needed. I am very pleased with the outcome of this tooth extraction and I highly recommend Dr. Katayev as an excellent dentist.

Dr Katayev is extremely professional and goes the extra step to explain what is being done on your teeth/mouth to ensure the patient is comfortable. Above all, he cares - I had a filling come out just before he was closing for the night, and him and his staff stayed late to make sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend!

I have hated going to the dentist since I was a small child but had Dr.Katayev always been my dentist that would have never occurred. I felt safe and confident that I was receiving wonderful care. Not only the doctors but the office staff as well were amazing! The wait time was nearly nonexistent. I would definitely recommend this doctor!

This was my first visit to Murray Hill Dental and I was so pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff as well as by the extremely comprehensive checkup and cleaning that I received. I was greeted by their receptionist Gloria, who was very welcoming. Once inside, a technician did a full X ray of my mouth that came up instantly on the computer screen next to me. Then Marina, a lovely woman/hygienist, used a state of the art mini camera and took detailed and close up pictures of each tooth, which was immediately captured on the screen in front of me. Then another hand held device tested my gum tissue health, then an oral cancer screening, and finally my cleaning. She explained everything she was doing and was gentle but very thorough. She finishes by "powerwashing" my teeth with a baking soda solution that diminished any remaining stains. Then Dr. Katayev came to check my teeth and all of the pictures. He was very nice and knowledgeable and made some helpful suggestions that I decided to move forward with. It was very nice of him to take extra time with me at the last minute. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Katayev and Murray Hill Dental!
