About Dr. Morteza Beheshtian
Dr. Mort Beheshtian, DDS, became a dentist because “bringing a smile to someone’s face is the greatest joy for me. I like to help people have a better life.” As a result, he has successfully treated many Elk Grove patients here at the Case Dental Group since 1999. Like Dr. Aghabeigi, he learned dentistry at the Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. (U.S. News and World Report calls Case Western a Top 50 national university.) This was followed with a residency at the Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, where he focused on oral surgery. He then relocated to the Sacramento Valley to form the Case Dental Group in Elk Grove.
Dr. Beheshtian’s experience especially favors cosmetic and aesthetic dentistry. As a result, if you need to repair a damaged tooth with a crown, or replace missing teeth with a bridge or dentures, he prides himself on creating the perfect match between functional and beautiful.
Dr. Beheshtian is also a member of the Elk Grove Chamber of Commerce and, like Dr. Aghabeigi, has volunteered with the local program Smiles for Kids. This Sacramento District Dental Foundation program screens school children for dental problems, teaches them about oral hygiene and helps many of their families to treat and repair various medical issues.

I went into the office for the first time and was met with friendly staff and was quickly provided assistance and paperwork. As soon as I finished signing papers, I was seen to right away. The doctor and assistants were very informative and helpful about my situation. I would definitely recommend this place if you are nearby or far.

I went in for a cleaning and to look at my teeth, they took x-rays of my teeth then the doctor referred me to a specialist to get a root canal but never said I had cavities. Then never cleaned my teeth like I asked him to. And sent me home. I was not satisfied with this visit …

I would say on a scale from one to ten it was an 8. Why because I did not have much done but x rays. Everyone was very nice and friendly straight forward about what i needed done. They didn't make me feel as though they were selling something i didn't need. The doctor clearly stated that there was a problem that was going to get worse if I don't take care of iit, but she also said some people don't do anything because it does not cause pain. And she is absolutely right it doesn't hurt me. That may be insignificant to some,but for me it built trust. I fear the dentist so for me the visit was a success. I finally found a place i can feel comfortable.
