Hi! The front desk assured me that there would be no cost associated with my visit. Imagine my surprise when then sent me a bill for my visit despite many assurances that this would be fully covered. I called to ask about this since I thought there might have been an error. Rather than receiving a callback I get an updated bill with 40% off, once again no explanation. I call and left a voicemail and never got a response. Two MONTHS go by and they send me a message saying my account is past due, well so is my call back. I finally get a hold of someone and turns out they have no practice manager and I had to go through this whole situation with the manager of the Tempe location who is "filling in." Book elsewhere since they cannot run a professional office.

Dr. Blake introduce herself prior to the dentist assistance began my teeth x-ray. She's personable and ensure I was comfortable during the examination. I appreciate her thoroughness and making time to address questions. I highly recommend both her and get dentist hygienist.

Haven’t been to the dentist in 6 years due to bad experiences. Doc was super cool, explained all of her decision making and thinking, and made the experience comfortable. We even shared a few laughs and that made it all the more chill.

My appointment was at 2:45. I waited over an hour and never saw the dentist. Ask the receptionist why it was taking so long. She offered to give me another appointment and free mouth wash after waiting over an hour with no other patients. I said no, thank you and walked out.
