Visit took a little longer than expected and was rescheduled a few times, but it was made okay by the fact that the staff were friendly and provided good, specific feedback about how I could improve my dental hygiene. My dentist hung around to answer any questions that I had.

Extremely clean office environment, with high technology and the latest equipment. However, the price I was quoted for fixing my dental problems was unimaginably high and was way beyond what could expect and afford with my income. This place was designed to serve exclusively very rich people, with no realistic option offered to clients like myself with limited income.

Dr. Hanna is the best! She DOES NOT RUSH when explaining treatment. Office is super modern and up to date with all technology. Also because I have high anxiety. I was offered 2 types of sedation for my scheduled treatment.

I really enjoyed my visit! At first, I was a little nervous about getting my first crown, but the assistants reassured me that it was just nerves, lol. When Dr. Hannah came in, she was so kind and explained everything in detail, which helped me feel much more comfortable. Once we started the procedure, everything went so smoothly—I didn’t feel a thing! The entire team made sure I was okay throughout the process, and they made the experience so much better than I expected. I’m truly grateful for how caring and professional everyone was. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this office to others!

Booked a Dr. online but was given a different Dr. I went in with tooth pain, expecting to have a cavity or something needing fixed and treated. Xray's taken explained where the pain is to 3 different people. Dr. came in looked at xray and said he didn't see anything wrong with my teeth. Me being confused as I have pain in my mouth looking at this Dr. and seeing he is looking at me like I'm there for attention or maybe pain medicine when all I wanted to do is be sure my teeth are fixed properly. After he looked at and tested my teeth several more times the new diagnosis went from nothing wrong, to one tooth can be pulled and multiple crowns put in???? So 0 to 100 in 60 seconds. I will NOT be returning and will make sure not to send anyone here.

Went in on 9/2, I was expecting a consultation for a routine cleaning and a concern for a wisdom tooth. Was told I would have to schedule a follow-up for deep cleaning & I had to pay to schedule to follow upfront. When I said I couldn’t pay the fee right then and there I decided to call to follow up. The receptionist on the phone did not give me a single day to schedule and repeatedly kept saying “I don’t have that day available” after every suggested day of the week I offered, she, then refused to tell me the next day my dentist was available and directed me to their automated messaging system which stopped messaging me after I provided it with the days of the week I was available. I’m not sure if this a result of me not being able to pay for my follow up appointment upfront after my consultation, but I have to say this was overall, not a great experience. My concerns were not addressed, and I was not asked to be seen again after not paying in person. I would not recommend to anyone.

It was a great expierence. I didn't realize it was a dental office connected to an ortho office. I got a free consultation for ortho and it was very quick and informative. Never felt rushed or pressured.

I was completely BLOWN AWAY by everything from the minute I booked my appointment. I received multiple reminders of my upcoming appointment which I greatly appreciated. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly and given time to do paperwork. The young woman who did my state of the art x rays was named Leslie and she was an absolute joy! She gave details on every x-ray and shared them all for me to see. Once I saw my dentist, she went over every single tooth, one by one. No hard sell, no pressure, she even told me the opposite of what my LAST dentist told me which is why I left that practice in the first place. She gave me options, NONE of them were urgent. My overall experience was beyond EXCEPTIONAL!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Dr. Choi. She’s the first dentist I’ve ever felt completely comfortable with. She’s super kind, explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand, and never rushes you. I came in for a consultation and ended up doing veneers and wow. The results are so much better than I imagined. My smile looks so natural and I feel so much more confident.

I had set an appointment online to get a tooth extracted and the whole thing went smoothly. I sent an appointment for them to take a look at the tooth and the next week they were able to schedule and extract the tooth. Everyone there was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
