Coordinator is very disorganized. I needed to remove a growth from my lip and he would always miss documents to send to insurance. After documents were sent they tell me they don’t have a lab and to go find another dentist.

I don't think I'll be going back to Naim Sylvester. I was excited to go to a dentist in the neighborhood but I was only with Naim for less than 10mins only asked me what was wrong with my teeth. I mentioned my pain. He looked at the x-rays said what was wrong to the nurse and walked out. No personal interaction with me and telling me what he can do for my issue. I've never felt less of a patient in my life.

I came in for severe pain and inflammation in my mouth, and I saw Dr McLaughlin and he was more focused on getting me xrays to try and find cavities/perform a root canal. When I specifically asked about my pain and swelling he googles a medicine that might work and told me to try changing toothpastes even though I have never had an issue with it before. Very discouraged by the overall visit and it didn’t nothing to calm my fears about my pain. Will be going to an urgent care next to try and get helpful treatment.
