Hi there! I was reminded of my appointment on the day of and I arrived on time. However when I arrived the office was unexpectedly closed. No one from the office contacted me about the closure and no one has contacted me about rescheduling. It’s unfortunate because I’m sure the doctor is great, but poor office management for sure. Took the day off of work to make my appointment and won’t get that back. Would have been nice to receive a call.

I recently had an appointment with Babcock dental, and I can't recommend them enough! The staff was very patient with me when verifying my insurance.
Dr. Keshwani's bedside manner is exceptional. She took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. What truly stood out was how informative she was— she explained each step of the process clearly and answered all my questions without rushing.

The care delivered was good and was clearly communicated and delivered. My problem was how long it took to get started. My appointment was at 9 and I arrived there within a minute or two of my appointment time, but it took 25 more minutes before I was called in and another 20 minutes for standard BP checks and X-rays. The actual cleaning and polishing was done efficiently, and I understand it's recommended to come in 10-15 prior to my appointment slot, but having already completed my forms online I wasn't expecting a total time at the office to be 1.5 hours. Other than that, staff was friendly and I would return for regular check ins.
