An old crown was starting to crumble. Dr. Awraham asked if I could stay for 1 hour while they made preparations for a new crown. He and the staff were exceptionally professional and kept me informed of what they were doing at all times. Oh yes, the "big needle" Dr. Awraham used to deaden my gums was painless. That was a first for me form any dentist.

I have had awful experiences in the past with the dentist, leaving me afraid to go and avoiding it for nearly 5 years. I came to 1st Family as a new patient and couldn't be happier with my experience. My hygienist, Delana, was fantastic, and knowing of my uncomfortable-ness with the dentist office was super informative during the process and very gentle. After having a cleaning with her, I'm not hesitant at all to come back in 6 months, and am so pleased with my visit. Dr. Awraham was also very personable and had great bedside manner.
