Being how it was my very first appointment I arrived about 45 mins early to fill out paperwork. The Dental Asst. was awesome she explained what was happening when it was happening. She asked all questions with an open ear & with no judgment she listened to why my teeth were the way they were.,That was one of the reasons why I didn't address the problems I am having with my teeth before. I was & am ashamed of the state of my teeth, I didn't want to get blamed for allowing my teeth to basically fall apart like they are. The Dr. & the staff was very welcoming and listened with an open mind & kind heart. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST OFFICE.

I have been a dentist most of my adult life and can’t imagine doing anything else. I get great satisfaction from knowing that I’ve helped a patient’s overall health and well-being and made a positive difference in their life. Each day, I gain something from my patients, whether they’re sharing with me their interests and a warm smile, or expressing gratitude when telling me how dentistry has changed their life, or hearing a simple “thank you.” My patients are what make my career so enjoyable and I thank them for giving me the best job I could ever ask for!
It has always been my focus to make each patient feel at home when they come to me for treatment. I work hard to give my patients the attention they deserve.
For as long as I can remember, I have loved helping people. From improving their appearance, and their overall dental health, or simply relieving their pain, I know that what I’m doing is helping them live a better life. Without the education and training I received in school, I wouldn't be able to serve my patients in this way. I received my Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania, an Ivy League School, where I graduated at the top of my class, with honors.
Dental techniques, materials, and products are rapidly changing, and it is my goal to offer my patients the best care available. I continue my education by participating in courses and seminars throughout the year, focusing on the most effective treatments that are being developed.
I am a native of South Africa and live in Houston with my wonderful husband, Mark, and our beautiful daughter, Angelina. When I’m not spending quality time with my family, I enjoy walking in Memorial Park, swimming, and playing tennis.

No complaints about the Doc, but could not give 5 stars over confusing regarding insurance. For teeth cleaning, they work with a broader range of insurers than what is technically "in-network" if you were to have another procedure done. While I very much like the Doc and the clinic (very nice), I think this needs to be made a bit more clear to patients.

I really like this dental practice. They offer a lot of after hours time slots for appointments. The staff is friendly and efficient. The facility is top notch as well. I highly recommend Dr. Nishano and the whole staff at Memorial Park Dental.

The people were so polite and they gave me a tour of the office, which made it seem like I was applying for a job there. They walked me through the whole process, told me what was going to happen and what they were doing. I told them I had a time limit and they kept it right within that limit. The whole staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. They made sure I was aware of any costs associated with my cleaning, prior to the work being done. I would highly recommend.
