“Hygienist was fantastic, walked me through everything she was doing since it was my first visit with them. One thing was that Dr. Dunn was delayed in seeing me, had to wait about 20-25 mins between the cleaning and her check up, this wasn’t ideal but she had great bedside manner and got through the cleaning quickly and efficiently. All my questions and concerns were addressed. Will definitely be returning!”

“The staff were all extremely kind and helpful. The woman who performed my cleaning did an excellent job and talked me through best practices for keeping my teeth clean in a super friendly and down-to-earth manner.
On the day of my appointment, the office was a little busy, so my appointment slot went later than expected, but I assume this can happen anywhere!
My only complaint is that some of their technology was a little out of date. They had to use a manual x-ray machine which took a while, and while cleaning my teeth, there were a lot of chords getting thrown around.”

Had a great visit for a cleaning. As a new patient, I got a full set of x-rays. They were very kind and efficient, and made sure my concerns were addressed. The front desk staff, hygienist, and Dr. Dunn were all great.

Stay far away from Dunn Dental Group! I originally was very impressed- a newly renovated office, modern technology, and a comfortable dental chair experience. However, after several visits here, I believe my experience in the office felt as if I was visiting a professional sales company, rather than an honest, professional dental provider. Each step of the way, I was aggressively recommended high-cost services. For routine dental care, I was scheduled for two separate deep cleanings that required injections of anesthetic. Subsequently, I was diagnosed "at-risk" for gum disease and asked to come in 4 times per year, adding additional high-cost fees, as only two annual cleanings are typically covered by insurance. And each time I visited the office, the office pushed additional services (from teeth whitening to sleep apnea tests), as well as sternly encouraged me to purchase expensive dental products, even so far as a hygenist giving me a referral code. The end result of all of this is that I feel that I cannot trust this dental office, as it appeared that their monetary interests outweighed the concern for those they care for. After recently switching to another office that I found on ZocDoc, where I have not had to deal with any of these issues, I am very certain in my decision not to return and strongly encourage you to avoid.

Going to the dentist really stresses me out, but Dr. Dunn was great! She took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable with what was going on. I feel like I'm still in control of my dental decisions moving forward which I really appreciate. I also want to give a HUGE thank you to the assistant who worked with me. He took the time to introduce himself (I believe his name was Joe, but I was so nervous in the beginning that I'm not sure I heard correctly- sorry!!) and he was wonderful. He made me feel totally at ease and was very committed to making sure I had a positive experience.

Dr. Dunn was perfect. Very nice, responsive, and knowledgeable. The other doctor there (male-can't remember his name) knew what he was talking about as well (I overheard him telling people what to do). The assistants are another story. All of them fumbled every step of the way. They made up for it by being really nice. I'd definitely go back if I worked closer to their location.

I had a great appointment today at Dr. Dunn's office. Almost no wait time at all, all of the staff were exceptionally polite and kind, and the dentist I saw (the other dentist who's in the practice) explained everything very thoroughly and was obviously very knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommend!

Overall fair experience for my wife and me. The actual experience with my appointment was good, but I felt a lot of "sales" pressure and my wife felt the same way after being recommended for some very expensive treatment. We couldn't afford it, and checked with another dentist for a second opinion who recommended a less invasive treatment for some of the teeth, options that were not presented to us.

Office and equipment was old. Took way more x-rays than I have ever had done at any other dentist. Teeth cleaning was fine, but tried to sell a lot of other services. Felt like I was being scammed.

Dr. Dunn and the whole staff have been so amazing on every appointment I've had- since my first appointment, I've had fillings, teeth cleanings, and a mouth guard made.
They give specifics on the pricing and tell you upfront what is covered with your dental insurance and what isn't. I've recommended her and the rest of the dentists in the Dunn Group to my entire office and friends!

Dr. Dunn and team were fantastic! It was my first time there and they were the perfect mix of careful and attentive, while efficient and speedy! Dr. Dunn was great at explaining every part of the procedure to me while keeping me comfortable, there was no discomfort at all! The team explained my insurance before hand and ensured I got everything I needed. Dr. Dunn is so kind and definitely the best dentist I have seen! I never write reviews, but I was very impressed by them!

I arrived at my appointment 15 minutes early and did not even have to sit down to wait! Every person in the office was kind and transparent, explaining each step before it was done and whether my insurance would cover it. While I will need a little additional treatment, the doctor was careful to explain what was needed, how it would be paid for, and what percentage is covered by my insurance.
Overall, I was very pleased with my visit and would certainly recommend the office to anyone.

EXCEPTIONAL!!! Dr. Paul and the entire staff were personable, knowledgeable, and professional. I didn't feel a thing! Everything was explained regarding each step of the planned procedures (including what it would feel like) and the insurance/costs (reasonable pricing) were explained before proceeding.

This was the most professional and friendly dentist visit I've ever had. I was able to see real time images from the xrays, and everything was explained to me throughout the whole process. I even was able to get a cavity filled same day. All additional costs were flagged for my approval before any work was done. I highly recommend!

The staff at Dr. Dunn's office was extremely friendly and helpful from the second I walked in. They gave me a ton of information during the visit, which was helpful, but a bit overwhelming too. It was likely needed, though, since I haven't had a regular dentist in awhile. I would recommend the office and plan to go back in for followup work.
