Dr. Zap was very thorough and attentive. She was honest about the scope of her practice and skills. She provided great care and I will definitely make her my primary dentist. The wait time was extensive but I understand she had a long procedure prior to my arrival.

The doctor was nice but when I arrived at the facility they did not have my appointment on file even though I called and confirmed. The cleaning also felt very rushed and honestly I did not feel like I was thoroughly checked. The front desk was rude and overall it just was an unpleasant experience.

Scheduled an appointment on Zocdoc for 11:30, to arrive at the place and find out the doctor does not come in until 12. The doctor came strolling in at about 12:15 and I did not get in the chair until 12:45. The doctor was rough during my cleaning and rushed through the whole thing. I was literally in the chair for 1 minute. Plus the assistant or whatever she was, wasn’t even paying attention during the cleaning, so water was shooting everywhere and my face was wet. Worst dental experience ever. Won’t be returning!!

I must say I was pleased. I have bad anxiety when visiting the dentist but the staff and the dentist made my first visit here welcoming and comfortable. I felt no pain at all and I was satisfied with the work I had done.

Horrible schedule an appointment through this website the next day they call and told me I had to reschedule because this website isn’t accurate on the days and times. So I rescheduled with the receptionist over the phone so we I get there they said I was a walk it which means the receptionist never put me in the schedule ok now I’m see took extras and waited for the dentist to come and clean my teeth meanwhile I’m the only one there she too busy on the phone for 30 minutes so I said I’m leaving than she come to clean my teeth but I said no give me my referral I’m leaving and the funny part is the lady who did my xrays put the fluoride paste on my teeth to kill time so I don’t notice the dentist on the phone but you are suppose to put that on your teeth after they clean it. It was a mess horrible never would go back or recommend anyone there.

Worst dental experience ever. She had HORRIBLE bedside manners, she didn’t even introduce herself! She took no time to explain my X-rays and dental complications. She made no effort to ask me if I had any questions regarding the visit, I was over the whole experience. Worst part of my visit was how she handled my cleaning. She was very rough and quick, I can tell that she was trying to hurry up and finish so she can attend to the other patient waiting in the other room. Its safe to say that I will never go back there again.

She did not shake my hand when introducing herself. Her assistant was really rough when taking the X-rays and was actually hurting me. Never have I ever had to deal with such a rough dental x Ray. They need to handle their people with care and be a little more gentle with patients.

I had to keep goin back to get my daughter form filled out for school which I still didn't get filled out and they basically have me doin the run around when they can just tell me when the pediatric dentist will be in, they tell u the day before and when u go the next day they tell you she's not. Oming in until 3 their communication skills are horrible
