I went in for an emergency visit because I had told them I thought I had a cavity and needed to try and get it filled but all they did when I was there was confirm that I had cavities and said that I needed to make another appointment if I wanted to get the cavities filled.

Office Staff friendly & helpful. Dental tech was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The doctor was thorough and took time to discuss therapeutic actions. Set up a plan for me.

I scheduled a dental cleaning but didn’t even get my teeth cleaned! Spent 45 minutes getting x-rays and other pictures of my teeth taken, which I was told will be covered by my insurances (here’s hoping). And then they brought me back up front to talk about future visits. When I asked about the cleaning portion of my appointment, I was told the first appointment is for “consultation” and that I would not be getting a cleaning today. Hope this helps future clients - if you’re just looking for a cleaning, don’t come here.

In my first Zocdoc experience, Dr. Khelmer was great. She is a true professional and was the first doctor I've ever seen that read the notes I provided prior to the appointment and came into the exam room prepared to discuss and address them. After x-rays and a brief exam, we came up with a plan together to address my concerns. Even better - I was able to schedule my next appointment for this same week.

I just went to my first appointment there, and I love them! My old dentist kept canceling my appointments without telling me, and I would be on hold for like an hour, so I looked for a new one and wanted to find one with good reviews. This one is about an hour from where I live, but I figured I would go for it if it was really good. And it was a good call. They clearly want to make sure that you're comfortable. And they were super upfront about costs, and didn't charge me for anything unless if they asked me first, it was such a great experience. Super kind, thoughtful, want to make sure that you're comfortable and also healthy! As long as they're in business I will never look for another dentist!

Dr. Khelmer and her staff are always very friendly, nice and hospitable. It has been quite some time since I have last been to the dentist and this time I had an emergency. Dr. Khelmer fit me in on the same day, diagnosed, scheduled the procedure and follow-up appointments. She listens and makes sure you are comfortable during your procedure. She is also very transparent about everything and answers all of your questions, including the costs, and handles all the communication with the insurance company. Highly recommend, she will be my new dentist from now on!

I have some dental anxiety and Dr Khelmer was amazing. I have not been to a dentist in far too long and have a lot of issues because of it. Dr Khelmer set up a plan to get everything back in order and made me feel really comfortable with everything. Everyone else in the office is just as great as she is. I would recommend Dr Khelmer to anyone.
