About Dr. Olubukola Onimisi
Dr. Onimisi graduated as one of the top students in her class at New York University Dental School, NY, one of the nation's best dental schools. Dr. Onimisi completed an additional year of training while completing a general practice residency at the New York University Medical Center, NY.
Dr. Onimisi graduated as a dentist in Nigeria in 1987 and completed a residency in orthodontics at Lagos University Teaching Hospital in Nigeria. She obtained postgraduate orthodontic training at the University of New Castle Upon Tyne, UK.
Dr. Onimisi has completed extensive work in Orthodontics, Invisialign, Clear Correct, Cosmetic Dentistry, Implants, Lumineers by Cerinate, and Root Canal Therapy and Wisdom tooth extraction.

Went in for an Invisalign consultation. I was not sure what to expect, but when I left I didn’t feel like she had done a proper evaluation. There was no questions asked about history or anything. I went to another Otho who had done a much more in-depth consultation.

Dr. Olubukola is nice and front desk staff are nice. However the wait time was too long and she doesn’t have any help. She has no dental hygienists, basically she’s doing everything herself. I’ve had a better cleaning, she cleaned my teeth in 20mins.

Courteous and professional staff. Dr. Onimisi is very knowledgeable and experienced. She knew exactly what was wrong, listened to my input, and came up with a solid action plan.

Dr. Onimisi was very pleasant but seemed uninterested in me during my appointment. I went in for a routine cleaning and consultation and she only seemed to answer my questions in one or two words.
She also neglected to FLOSS my teeth during my cleaning. I'm not sure if this is normal practice for a dental visit but every other dentist I've ever seen has always taken the time to do that. The cleaning was not thorough enough.
Other that that, the visit was just fine. Clean facility and pleasant staff but I do believe I'll be looking for a new dentist in 6 months.
