About Dr. Omid Haroonian
Being a graduate of University of Southern California (USC) with over 20 years of dental experience, Dr. Omid Haroonian opens new opportunities in the implant, general and cosmetic dentistry in the city of Newport Beach and Orange County. He has made the Dean’s honor list during graduate school at USC. Dr. Haroonian has continued his close association with the USC as an active member of the faculty. He has received advanced training in implant dentistry, cosmetic, restorative dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, orthodontics and full mouth reconstruction.
His genuine passion for dentistry has led him to constantly study and train in the latest advancements in dentistry and bringing these innovations to his patients so that they can receive the most efficient, comfortable, accurate and lasting dentistry.
Dr. Haroonian is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, the Orange County Dental Society, Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and Fastbraces® Technology.
When he is not doing dentistry, Dr. Haroonian enjoys reading, biking and spending time with his family. He believes in giving back to the community and he donates his time to Union Rescue Mission, as well as Operation Smile.

Amazing! Dr. Haroonian is hilarious, professional, wise, gentle, understanding, and makes coming to the dentist office a wonderful experience. He treats his patients like family and cares for you like a friend would. I always smile and laugh when I am there. I used to DREAD going to the dentist, I would shake a lot, and get major anxiety about it, until I found this office.

I received 2 very needed extractions including cleaning & care.
Everything was explained to me as far as removal procedure and implants. Im really looking forward to continued care and professional service.

I love Dr. Haroonian's office! All the staff is so kind and sweet! Nancy is the best hygienist really takes her time to educate and listen to all your concerns. My teeth are in great hands at this office. My favorite part is they are always reviewing my plan of care and not just pushing a treatment plan they really take the time to come up with personalized solutions. I have recommended several friends and family here and will continue too.

Wow! If you're looking for the best dentist, look no further. Dr. Haroonian is your man! After years of not seeing a dentist and having a painful emergency, I arrived at his office filled with anxiety. I was warmly greeted by the staff and by Dr. Haroonian. I was instantly at ease.

I can't express how thankful I am for Dr. Haroonian and the entire team. From the moment I stepped into the office, the staff was kind, and caring. Dr. Haroonian took the time to listen to my concerns, explained every step of the process, and made sure I was at ease throughout my visit. Their compassion and professionalism completely changed my view of dental care, and I no longer feel afraid. If you're someone who's struggled with dental anxiety, I highly recommend Dr. Haroonian.

Dr. Haroonian was able to take me in on short notice when my crown fell off. He gave me options on my treatment. No pressure, no sales pitch. I decided on a new crown instead of simply using the old one and he did a great job on this procedure. In the past I've struggled to get comfortable enough with the Novacaine, but he hit the right spot and my experience was pleasant enough. I've found my new dentist!

Dr. H. is gentle, professional, kind and consistently maintains high standards for patience health, changing gloves when handling things and in the patient's mouth. I appreciate her performing the cleanings and her use of both ultrasound and the metal implements. I am very relaxed in her care.

Dr Haroonian is gentle, caring and skilled, when he did my extraction of the wisdom teeth, I could not believe that they were done so fast, easy and pain free and I had no pain afterwards, I was expecting more severe pain by the stories from my other friends experiences! I would highly recommend this office and this dentist in Newport Beach, He is talented and has great chair side manner, He makes you laugh too and this makes it that you feel home and part of the family!

I've been a patient for 20 years now and will be until I'm long gone! Nancy is the best hygienist around! Her regular cleanings are as thorough as a deep cleaning! Dr. O is great too along with his recommendations as well as the front desk manager who is friendly and professional.

The skill and service of this practice is amazing! This practice helped me more in a half hour, than two other offices could in 6 weeks. The entire staff is A +. The only reason I'm giving Dr. Haroonian 5 stars, is because 6 stars wasn't available.

He is absolutely amazing dentist. I have been going to this office for 5 years now and all my family goes here now. Dr Haroonian is knowledgeable he did an amazing job in my mouth with my veneers, I trust him take care of my 8 years old daughter's teeth. He is the best dentist in Newport Beach, I would recommend him absolutely!

Great dentist. Highly recommend. I've had teeth issues all my life. Finally found a dentist That I trust and fixes things with minimal pain and is very proactive. Teeth look great better than best. Thanks Doc. And Nancy makes cleaning a breeze.

If I could give him 10 stars I would! I have never been to such a gentle and caring dentist. I came in with the highest of anxiety. Dr Haroonin not only understood my anxiety but like me as a child he was also abused in a dental chair. Once he saw how much fear I had he took his time and even hugged me when I cried from pure fear. All this time and care was all before he ever even touched me.

I hate going to the dentist but NOT this one! Dr. O is really, really good! I always feel so well taken care of. The office staff is warm and welcoming too! This is definitely a great choice for a great experience!
