About Dr. Paul Stavrakas
Dr. Paul Stavrakas, or Dr. Paul for short, received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine in 2016. Following dental school Dr. Paul completed a 1-year General Practice Residency at OSF St. Francis Hospital in Peoria, IL where he gained valuable experience working on challenging dental cases, medically complex patients and trauma patients. Following his residency, he was an associate dentist at a private practice in Fort Collins, CO, and worked part time at various correctional facilities throughout Colorado where he provided dental services to underserved members of the population.
Dr. Paul prides himself on his ability to connect with patients, ease any worries and provide a few laughs. He is passionate about preventative techniques, conservative dentistry and providing high-quality care to his patients. His hope is that each patient feels that they are treated like family, that they are informed & educated about their dental health and that they feel happy about their smile.

I've been an avid fan of the team since I first became a patient in 2022, and am delighted to discover that Paul is as personable and professional as one could hope for.
Cleanings are thorough and educational, and fillings and crowns were performed with minimal fuss and a great deal of consideration for the patient.
Highly recommend the Broomfield Smiles dental practice!

This is a wonderful dental practice! The entire team is professional and caring. My hygienist is kind and quite skilled at getting the work done in my small mouth without hurting me or causing me to gag. Impressive! The office staff is second-to-none in efficiently and effectively taking care of billing with/without insurance. Dr Stavrakas is personable and definitely skilled providing me a pain-free filling the first day I met him.
All in all, I highly recommend the Broomfield Smiles dental team!!

I had a great experience at this office! I am very dentist aversive due to some previous bad dental experiences, but was at ease almost immediately at this office! The front desk ladies, Felicia and Jen, are super friendly and nice and made me feel welcome right away. The dental assistants and hygienists were informative and reassuring when I expressed my nervousness and past bad experiences. Dr. Paul is the best and the perfect balance between chatty/friendly and professional! I appreciate his honest and conservative approach to the dental work that I needed done and felt like I could trust his input vs. feeling like I was being sold more work than I needed- which I have experienced at previous offices. Would highly recommend!

I am not a fan of dental visits! However, Broomfield Smiles made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and most importantly, not judged. I have heart issues and have struggled to find a dentist that is comfortable seeing me. Dr. Paul was educated, efficient, and confident in treating me. We developed a plan that makes me feel excited about my future smile! ??

Absolutely outstanding! My hygienist was extremely informative, kind, gentle, and thorough. Dr. Paul was likewise so personable, informative, knowledgeable, and thorough. And the front office team was absolutely excellent. This is the way dental experiences should be!

Dr paul and his assitant were amazing! I had a broken tooth and was able to see them right after i called in spite of not having an appointment . I was treated like a valued client! The treatment was quick and expertly done and i was kept informed at every step. This is a dentist who is not only good at his job, he brings an extra measure of caring to it..
