“The first line of defense @ the front desk, nice! The second person was nice, and the doctor was nice! More as I go into treatments a fillings! The cleaning was very cleansing! Dentist are my lest favorite doctors, they strike fear in my heart more than any surgeries I’ve ever had! I don’t know why! I do respect the beautifulness they bring and a whole more! I’m a regular at keep with my teeth, but why do I have cavities! Well my teeth are 63 yes old !”

Dr. Payal Shah is a compassionate, thorough dentist treating patients in Brookfield, Illinois. She strives to create lifelong relationships with her patients and provide comprehensive care. She completed her dental degree in India and received her DDS from the University of Illinois School of Dentistry.
Having received comprehensive training in orthodontic treatment, Dr. Shah provides a variety of dental services. These include root canals, installation of braces, crowns, and veneers, and fabricating dentures. Digital X-rays, intra oral cameras, and painless injections with an STA machine (painless injection) keep her office on the technological cutting edge.
Outside of the office, Dr. Shah enjoys travelling, reading, and spending time with her family. She has been married for eight years and has two children.

I hate going to the dentist like most but the only consolation for me is Dr. Shah. I feel she is gentle when working on my teeth and I really appreciate her explaining what she is doing while she is doing it. Great listener and answers all my questions and concerns. Hope to have her as my and my family's dentist for life! :)

I was painfully disapointed with my visit to the office, I had to leave during the exam as it was so awful. The exam rooms are so tiny, and not private at all. The xray equipment was a medival contraption that as an adult, I had a hard time fitting in my mouth, wouldn't even consider the possibility of my child being able to go through that. It took about 1/2 hour just for xrays alone, and I was simply there for a check up - ridiculous. The Dr's bedside manner was non-existent. She didn't ask me any questions about myself - or want to know me at all for a first visit. Uncomfortable chair, my neck still hurts as it was jacked around during the exaggerated x ray session. I think this is enough reason for me to go back to my previous dentist - you don't know how good you have it till it's gone is the theory here. I just kept thinking, if taking xrays are this bad, I can't imagine how getting any actual work done would be with this antiquated practice and equipment that I saw. I would NOT recommend this practice. The picture that is shows of her is not even remotely accurate on this website as well.
