I was told the office never received the appointment I booked this company. I felt I was rushed into a decision even after I said I wanted to take care of the smaller priced item first. I will be looking for another dental office.

After going through Co-vid precautions, full X-rays were taken, there was a brief examination by the dentist and then the hygienist cleaned my teeth painlessly. She was chatty and friendly so the hour passed quickly.

I honestly could not have asked for anything more. Dr Sooferi alleviated all my worries, knew exactly how to fix it, and was all around excellent. Everyone else at the office was also extremely wonderful.

Had a great visit. The staff was friendly and Dr Sooferi took his time and was very helpful. Parking was easy.
I was a bit surprised that the office was not using face shields or taking visible COVID precautions other than masks.

In the heart of downtown, this dentistry spot is just amazing. Clean and friendly even through all of the Covid madness happening around us. Dr Sooferi was super nice and thorough. Have already been back once since to get work done and happy I chose this place for sure. Everyone is so nice.

Despite claiming they take MetLife, they are apparently out of network. They had me pay cash for my appt saying insurance wouldnt cover the services only to also bill my insurance as well. Went there only because it was an emergency, but definitely would not recommend them or give them any further business.

I'm excited to go back to this dentist. Although it was a quick evaluation, he described what he saw with metaphors which made it so much easier to understand (instead of using the technical terms as most dentists do). I do have to mention that the waiting time is a bit unfair because I booked via ZocDoc and there was a disconnect where ZocDoc didn't inform the office (it happened to someone else as well). Even with this hiccup, they saw me as soon as they were able to which I'm truly grateful for! They also apologized for the wait time which makes me think that they're pretty punctual when it comes to appointments.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Sooferi for two years now and recommend him and the entire team of this practice without reservations. They are always caring, professional and friendly. They helped me make a financial plan and worked with me to get the most out of my insurance plan, as I had quite a few ‘projects’ to catch up with when I first saw them. The results are great and lasting and I know I can trust them to only have my health and best interests in mind. Most pleasant dentist visits in a long time.

I NEVER leave reviews, i just don't take the time to do it. But this is one time where I think its worth it to tell everyone about my horrible experiences here. First, in terms of office set up, there is no privacy between "rooms." They are divided into spaces but the place employs an open space concept. I wanted dental work here but that really bothered me.
Second, beside manner is rude--both the dental aides and the Dr Sooferi. I have a gag reflex and have had it since I was a kid. Dental aides had to work with me for 10 minutes (while they snickered in plain sight) but then the Dr. Sooferi came by and told me he has other patients that he needs to tend to and needs the chair free. He said I should go somewhere else. I insisted that I live upstairs and i just needed salt. After telling him that Im not leaving after I had waited an hour (seriously), he gave in and let me do this. I met with their other female dentist and she was fine. The only issue was that I asked about getting a crown replaced and they quoted me out of pocket and said my insurance doesn't cover it. After a month of calling around to different dentist offices, asking for quotes for out of pocket, I found out that my insurance actually covers crowns. Anyway, just do your homework! With this dentist and others!
Do not recommend, even if I live in the same building as the dentist office. I would much rather drive somewhere to have better service!
