About Dr. Phong Nguyen
Dr. Phong Lan Nguyen is from Viet Nam but she got to Texas as fast as she could and never left. She received all her education (with the exception of Vietnam) in Richardson, TX and Dallas, TX. She graduated from college with honors at the University of Texas at Dallas and graduated from Texas A&M Health Science Center (formerly known as Baylor College of Dentistry) a couple of years later.
As a child, Dr. Nguyen’s favorite hobbies were reading and drawing. Because her parents were farmers in Viet Nam, they grew a variety of vegetables, flowers, and trees in their small backyard. Having witnessed her parents’ abilities to nurture living things, Dr. Nguyen grew to appreciate the miracle of science and its ability to change and enhance our lives. As a dentist, Dr. Nguyen aims to not only treat dental diseases, but also help patients develop a system to maintain good dental health so they may be able to have beautiful teeth for their entire life time.
In her spare time, Dr. Nguyen spends time with her precious daughter, workout, cook, and maintains a large garden full of flowers.

I had an amazing experience during my visit! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The front desk made check-in easy and stress free. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist who combines expertise with excellent patient care!

Dr. Nguyen was great! I was a new patient, and scared of the dentist from past experiences. Dr. Nguyen and her team made me feel so comfortable from check in to check out. I will definitely be returning and telling my friends and family!

I have been in this office since I knew about Dr. Lan. She is very patient and find the best solution for customers according to their will. Her staffs are very friendly and help me fell comfortable the whole being there. I took my mom, my son and also introduced her to many people. She can speak Vietnmese too and this helps a lot of old Vietnamese people. Highly recommend her office.
