About Dr. Rachel Yang
Dr. Rachel Yang received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from New York University College of Dentistry. Upon graduation, she spent a number of years working in the inner city of Baltimore, Maryland providing dental care for underprivileged patients. Although it was one of the most challenging moments of her life, it was also the most rewarding experiences she had. Her ability to provide quality care to those who needed it the most and the relationships created during her tenure has helped define her career as a dentist. After moving back to New York City, she has been working in private dental offices in NYC and Queens, treating patients of all backgrounds.
Dr. Yang continues her dental education through New York University, Spear Education, Dawson Academy and many other programs.
Dr. Yang's goal as a dentist is to provide the utmost care with a gentle touch. She believes in building a strong relationship with each patient through better attention and communication.
In her free time, she likes to spend time with her husband, two sons and her dog exploring towns of Long Island.
Dr. Yang was awarded Consumer's Research Council of America as one of America's Top Dentists in 2018.

Dr. Rachel was very nice, detailed, and makes you feel comfortable. She explains very clearly all the procedures you need to go through. I absolutely love going to Dr. Yang. She is genuinely invested in the wellbeing of her patients. She doesnt push any procedure that is not necessary but does a through and incredible job when she does what’s necessary. She explains everything and pays attention to the needs of her patients. I am so happy that we have found our “forever” dentist who is friendly, genuine and easy to communicate with. The office is immaculate and the entire team is amazing here, John knows the patients very well and takes such good care of everyone! I highly recommend Dr. Yang and her team!

I’ve been to a few dentists over the years, and hands down Dr.Yang has been my favorite. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by such friendly staff members who really made me feel comfortable. I appreciated the walk through and them showing me my x-rays to get a better understanding of what needed to be done. The whole time I was getting my cleaning, Dr.Yang made sure to ask if I was doing okay, and always explained what the next step was. Their bed side manner is amazing, and super professional! As soon as I got up to make my next appointment, I knew that Dr.Yang will be my go to dentist from now on. I highly recommend this place :)
