Not professional, failed twice to address my concerns over a crown I was trying to get. He is not willing to be accountable for mistakes he did on the first place.

Horrific!!!!! His bedside manner is the worst. He stuck me in my swollen gums without numbing. I had to physically remove his hand so that I could relieve the pressure of the needle. It took a little force on my part because he was refusing to remove it. He fast talks a person and is not interested in the patients concerns. The staff does needs much training. Needless to say I was not able to have the infected/broken tooth removed. My gums are still store today 4 days later.
